I've applied for a new project "rltiles" at sourceforge. It will be a project for the development of tiles for roguelike games. However, SF's instruction says that most of non-software projects are rejected. I'll recieve an answer from SF within two days.
UNIX name: rltiles
Descriptive name: Tiles for Roguelike games
License: Public Domain
Public description: Graphical tiles for Roguelike Games (NetHack, Dungeon Crawl, etc.)
Registration description: This project will further develop and improve the graphic tileset(mainly 32x32 images, some are 64x64) for Open Source Roguelike games, such as NetHack, Angband, and Dungeon Crawl, and otherRole-Playing games. The "tiles" are small graphic data used to depict monsters and items in the games. The tileset I'm developing is already used in some Roguelike games such as Slash'EM. This project will provide easy access to the appropriate tiles for many Roguelike developers.Since each tile is very small (approx 2Kb), the required disk space will be less than 10M bytes.

UPDATE: The site is already up! The project seems to be accepted. :-) http://sourceforge.net/projects/rltiles
